Camera database

The camera database manages the list of camera models that ContextCapture applies automatically when adding photos, or that you can explicitly apply on photogroups.

The camera database contains two kinds of items:

  • ContextCapture items are default camera models provided by ContextCapture . These items are read-only and the item list is updated daily by the ContextCapture support team.
  • User items are camera models you added or imported on your computer.

Each camera model is made of a name (alias), a date (last modified), various (optional) optical properties, and search/matching criteria.
